Anyway, we're Sendlane ( a rapidly growing tech startup located in Scripps Ranch

There's just one thing: you literally have to be a tech support MASTER
If there's anything about you that we should know, it's that, for you, tech support isn't a's a way of life
You eat support tickets for breakfast
Your passions include getting yelled at by angry clients, answering the same question 40 times daily and repeatedly troubleshooting someone's inability to log in.
Aside from that, here's the skinny on what you can expect from us/this job AND what we expect from you:
- Must have extensive experience in a technical support role PREFERABLY with web applications
- Handle, expedite and resolve all customer inquiries (the good, the bad, the ugly)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Follow up as necessary and prioritize tickets accordingly
- Comfortably and confidently using live chat while effectively conveying your message, regardless.
- Cultivate customer engagement by proactively seeking opportunities to educate and enable users on our software
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate bugs appropriately
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate responses
- Document and manage customer interactions via our CRM program
- Identify trends in customer questions/issues
- Support leadership and actively contribute to key business initiatives
- Ability to listen to the sweet sound of *multiple* ping pong games throughout the day, everyday.
On a serious note, we need someone who can thrive in an environment with little management (BOOOO micro-managing)
We feel the need to reiterate that in order for you to be successful in this position, you MUST be technologically and analytically minded
Insane troubleshooting skills are probably the most important for this job! If you can't think outside of the box, come up with creative solutions and/or efficiently and effectively help our clients at a level we expect...apologize to your boss for flipping him off and ask for your job back, it isn't going to work out with us

(CAVEAT: we ONLY provide "live chat" support (no phone support at this time) so, the ability to eloquently convey your message via text is absolutely crucial).

We're currently looking for a full time technical support rep with a flexible schedule! Your shifts would vary (you'd get them a few weeks in advance) You tell us your availability and we can probably make something work (one of the best things about working with us - FLEXIBILITY! Another caveat: You must be available to work remotely on Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 p.m
to 11:30 p.m.
